The Challenge & Execution:

For this project, I executed the comprehensive technical BIM modeling and detail development, coordination, and high-end marketing visualization. By taking over the production pipeline, I allowed the design lead to remain entirely focused on client management and concept iterations, shifting the timeline into high gear.
